Data Usage Policy
JTN does not actively enforce any hard limit on total data usage. However, certain individual circumstances may require us to impose data caps on a per-case basis. These include but are not limited to:
- Consistent data usage in the top 1% of subscribers where such data usage impacts the experience of other customers on the network segment.
- Hosting high data consuming servers on residential-subscribed plans. For symmetrical service plans that provide this function please contact sales@jtncommunications.com to see if DIA service is available.
In cases where a data usage policy cap is necessary the customer will be informed at least one billing cycle before the cap is implemented.
