Field Technician Updates

In the event of an outage we will post here to provide updates from the field.

During planned and unplanned outages our focus is on restoring service as quickly as possible. We are notified internally of all issues as they arise. Staff will be engaged in resolving the issue rather than answering phones during this time. For transparency and effective communication we will update this page from the field with any new information as it arises under the Field Technician Updates section. For those interested, we will also post causes and remedies we implement to attempt to mitigate future outages from occurring in the same way once service has been restored. The Network Health Status section is automated and reflects whether internet service has been restored.
