- Service terms are month-to-month. This service comes with no formal service level agreement.
- Invoices are emailed to the address on file when your account was created and can also be viewed on our online portal. Invoices are sent on the 15th of the month and are due by the 1st. Automatic billing, which is required for service, will occur on the 1st. If payment is not received by the 5th of the month service may be disabled until payment is received. JTN does not charge re-activation fees if the account is made current by the end of the month for which service is delinquent. If service is not restored by the following 1st of the month, service will be cancelled.
- The receiver which communicates back to JTN’s infrastructure remains the property of JTN. If service is terminated you are responsible for allowing a technician access to the remove the receiver. Failure to allow recovery of the receiver will incur charges for the receiver and any shipping charges required to procure a new device.
- JTN will replace the receiver on the exterior of the home if it is damaged by natural events.
- The receiver must remain in place as it is aligned to provide a good level of service. Please call us if you believe the receiver has been moved so that we may re-align it.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JTN Communications, LLC for any damage resulting from installation or the modification of home, business, or property to facilitate internet services to you as a customer. A JTN representative will work with the customer directly to plan installation according to the customer’s requests.
